About me

Hi, my name’s Gabriela Melendez... but everybody calls me Gaby. I’m 17 years old and I from Maracaibo in Monte claro. I study engineering at URBE................
I love: Music, dancing, talking on the phone, going to the cinema lying on the beach and eat CHOCOLATE.!!!!!!!
I hate: Getting up early on the weekend, the war, CHAVEZ! And washing the dishes
My dream is: To travel around the world and graduate from engineering school
My opinion about English: I think English is borring but interesting. In my opinion the English in from some people. For me no I don’t like English. Someday I will lear English. I wan to be the best in this class.

My piramid of food

I like several fruit like apple, orange and mangoes, they are my favorite fruits, I can't even taste some others like watermelon amd prunes.
My favorite meal is meat; I eat it very often in my house, but I eat chicken, whith some rice.
I know I need to eat vegetables for a good health, but when I taste then I have to put them out of my mouth.
Hamburgers are delicious too and even more if they are from BURGER KING.

My Talent

My talent is make Ponche of cream, I like very much because make me remember happy moments like Christmas and when I stay with my family.
This drink is typical of Christmas, has a cream color with a mixture of delicious flavors.

Ingredients for the preparation of ponche:

· 2 box of Flan.
· 3 eggs.
· 2 condensed milk tins.
· 1 rum cup.

Form of preparation of the Flan:

· Add the content of the packing in a container. Spills and adds 2 cold milk cups, mix until the mixture dissolves.
· It cooks to medium fire, mixing until it begins to boil.
· Retires of the fire and let it refrigerate until it materializes
Preparation of ponche:
· Added little by little in the mixer the flan.
· Soon we can be adding eggs.
· The condensed milk is added little by little until we obtain a thickness of our pleasure.
· And finally we added rum to the pleasure.
